Dr Jason Thomson is a leading Consultant Dermatologist and Head of Medical at Skin + Me. He has trained and worked in some of the UK’s most renowned Dermatology departments and continues to practise part-time. Dr Jason has received multiple awards for his academic work, published extensively and lectured at both national and international conferences.

Dr Jason Thomson graduated from the prestigious London Academic Dermatology training pathway. He undertook his medical degree at The University of Cambridge and King's College London, before completing a Masters in Genomic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London.

He has nearly a decade of experience in Dermatology, working in the NHS where he has gained extensive experience managing adults and children with skin conditions ranging from acne to skin cancer. He’s worked in some of the UK's leading Dermatology departments including The Royal London and Royal Free Hospitals, Barts Health NHS Trust.

Jason is passionate about dermatology research and has received numerous prizes and awards for his academic work. He's lectured both nationally and internationally and has published extensively.
